It does not hurt to occasionally replace the recoil/slide spring. I found that my accuracy was going to pot and I was starting to have a slight feed problem. Put a new spring in and back to new. If only I could shoot as well as the gun itself.

What about pre-match routines, I find good sex before a big match really helps me to relax and focus on the fundalmentals of shooting. And other than concentrating on the foresite, not dwelling on what previous shots have done and what future shots need to do, just on the shot about to make the big ...

Try a unique 69, old but accurate and reliable, will eat any ammo you feed it. whatever you start with enjoy shooting ISSF.
