Position Title Head Women's Rifle Coach

Job Description
The Head Women’s Rifle Coach will be directly responsible for the direction and oversight of the women’s rifle program and for coaching and administrative functions directly related to the program.
Job Responsibilities
These duties include, but are not limited to the following: coaching, recruiting quality student-athletes to ensure team performance and to meet program objectives, overseeing department budget; scheduling practices; coordinating game day preparation; maintaining team discipline and morale, coordinating camps and clinics, working closely with the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation to promote fundraising initiatives; following NCAA, SEC, and University rules and regulations; working closely with marketing and public relations efforts, supervising coaches, and other department staff members; working closely with the Athletic Academic Support Unit to track academic progression of student athletes, and any other duties as assigned by the Sport administrator or Director of Athletics.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, high competitive shooting experience and a knowledge of Megalinks (electronic targets), competitive three position shooting and precision air rifle. A knowledge of USA shooting rules.
